Role Description

We are seeking suitably experienced Enrolled Nurses to join an excellent organisation 90 minutes from Melbourne.

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide patient-centered nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse, with opportunities to work across a variety of specialties, predominantly aged care.

The team is dedicated to delivering collaborative and compassionate care with a focus on quality of life. About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Hold a Diploma in Nursing with (Medication Endorsement is advantageous)
• Possess excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate sound clinical knowledge and exceptional clinical skills.
• Provide evidence-based, high-quality care to patients.
• Deliver person-centered care aligned with best practice standards and organizational requirements.
• Expereince in Aged Care is preferred
